The new church steps reopened

The new church steps were reopened yesterday after renovations. The event had an incredible turnout as people gathered to enjoy the festive program.

The mayor gave a brief speech, the Akureyri Church children's choir sang Christmas songs, and the scouts stood guard. Together, the crowd ascended the steps, where church music welcomed the group.

It’s clear that the townspeople hold their steps and church dear to their hearts.
