Christmas lights are early up

Due to Covid and social distancing, people in town are making this dark time of the year more enjoyable for outdoor walks and views by starting to decorate a bit earlier than usual. The towns decorations are already up and many citizens have decorated their homes and gardens by now. Sunrise is around 10.00 and sunset around 16.00, with daylight hours going to be even less as we approach winter solstice on 21st of December, the shortest day of the year.
