The band Vök began their journey at Músíktilraunir (Icelandic Music Experiments) when they won first place in 2013. Since then, Vök has become one of Iceland's most popular bands and has been on a non-stop world tour in recent years. Their albums Figure (2017), In the Dark (2019), and Vök (2022) have received widespread acclaim from music lovers across the globe.

Vök is renowned for their dreamy and layered soundscape, blending electro and indie pop. The trio consists of Margrét Rán, the lead singer and songwriter; Einar Stef, the guitarist and bassist; and Bergur Dagbjartsson, the drummer.
