An evening with Rögnvaldur gáfaði  /"the Wise", where he will celebrate reaching the milestone of turning 60 (unless something unexpected happens).

He will share funny stories and jokes he has heard throughout his life and still remembers—most of them from last year.

This won’t be a typical stand-up show with original material; instead, it will be a mix of true stories, made-up tales, and jokes that Röggi has enjoyed over the years.

Here, the old rules apply—anything goes—so sensitive souls might want to stay home.

Röggi used to do quite a bit of this back in the day but stepped back a decade ago, welcoming the break. This will be a one-night-only event, as demand isn’t exactly expected to be overwhelming, and there are no further plans to conquer the comedy world.

Because, as he has often said himself, old men shouldn’t try to be funny.

But then again, rules are made to be broken.
