At the Christmas concert of the Northern Chamber Choir, the choir performs works by Icelandic and foreign composers. The Advent 2024 concert is the second part of the Christmas concert trilogy by the Northern Chamber Choir. The first part was performed during Advent 2023 to great acclaim. The repertoire of the concerts now in Advent 2024 will include the work Ave Maria (P. Lukaszewski), O Magnum Mysterium (F. Poulenc), Wise Men from the East (Snorri S. Birgisson), Joseph and the Angel (Hafliði Hallgrímsson) and Alleluia by Jake Runestad.

Concertgoers will experience the intimacy and joy of the Christmas spirit in a varied repertoire of Christmas choral works. The director of the Northern Chamber Choir is Guðmundur Óli Gunnarsson.
