Get ready for an unforgettable Christmas in Hof. The great singers Margrét Eir, Hera Björk and Dísella will perform Frostrósir main Christmas songs at a unique Christmas concert in Hof in December. All the settings will be the most elegant and they will be joined on stage by a select orchestra, a string ensemble, delicious choirs and great guests.

Hera and Margréti need hardly be introduced. They have been friends for over 30 years and were the singers who most often graced Frostrósa's stage. Last year they were in the foreground of the concert Christmas in Eldborg, which was a huge hit and will be held again this year. Now they also come here up north in Hof, and this year Grammy award winner Dísella Lárusdóttir joins them, but she was one of the guests of the concert last year. Dísella performed with Frostrós in 2008 and 2011, where she created an unforgettable moment when she performed a duet with Garðar Thór Cortes directly from New York.

These wonderful singers will once again conjure up unique moments as they lead the audience into a beautiful Christmas world. Most of us here in Iceland are familiar with the Frostrósa concert, which was held every year for 12 consecutive years from 2002-1013. Over 30,000 people attended the concert every year at its peak and we have many fond memories from there. The songs live on and every human child knows songs such as Dansaðu windur, Hugurin go higer and Af álfum to name a few.
