Daniele Basini, Jón Þorsteinn Reynisson and Steinunn Arnbjörg Stefánsdóttir perform the music of the beloved film composer Ennio Morricone in Hömrum í Hofi on the occasion of his 96th birthday. They play music from i.a. Nuovo Cinema Paradiso, Once upon a time in America and some good spaghetti westerns. The music is arranged by Daniele Basini.

Clips from the films of Sergio Leone and Giuseppe Tornatore prepared by Sindra Swan will be projected on a screen for the instrumentalists during the concert.
