Warmth and nostalgia characterize the Christmas Adventure window display at Hafnarstræti 88, which opens on December 1 and runs through Advent and the Christmas season.

The exhibition is suitable for young and old Christmas children and is accessible at all times as it is enjoyed from the street. The Christmas Adventure is an ideal destination for walks, and all those who pass by the window have the opportunity to step into the magical world of Christmas, have a peaceful moment or enjoy meaningful time together with family and friends.

The sisters Brynja Harðardóttir Tveiten, visual artist, and Áslaug Harðardóttir Tveiten, otherwise known as Ms. Blómfríður, have the credit for the exhibition. They all encourage you to step into the Christmas adventure with them, pause in the hustle and bustle of the day and even let your imagination run wild, create a sequence of events based on the story, act out a game, e.g. count the Santas, recall good Christmas memories, choose the most beautiful, strange or even the ugliest Christmas decorations, take pictures, but above all, wrap yourself in the warmth and joy of Christmas.
