Gusthnjúkur, located in Skagafjörður (590 m), is situated above the village of Vatn on Höfðaströnd and offers stunning views. From the peak, you can see the pearls of Skagafjörður, Thórðarhöfði, Höfðavatn, and Málmey. Additionally, there are views of Tindastóll and the Skagi Peninsula, and in clear weather, you may even see the Strandafjöll mountains. The trail to the peak is gradual, with a pleasant walking path, but it becomes rocky and steep towards the top.
