Information Meeting on the Activities of Akureyri Academy in Collaboration with the University of Akureyri

The University of Akureyri and Akureyri Academy have long enjoyed a successful collaboration based on a formal agreement aimed at promoting knowledge and fostering discussions on academia and science with the participation of the public, associations, businesses, institutions, and government entities.
Akureyri Academy is a multidisciplinary research and academic center for individuals engaged in university studies, academic writing, research, and other knowledge-based work. The Academy has had a positive impact on education and residency in Akureyri while also serving as an important support system for the University of Akureyri and the scientific and knowledge community in North Iceland.
The purpose of this meeting is to introduce the activities of Akureyri Academy, with academy members presenting their projects. The meeting will take place on April 3rd, from 13:00 to 15:30 in room M101 at the University of Akureyri.
