goHusky is a small Icelandic family-run business owned by Gunnar and María.
The adventure began when they got their first dog, an Alaskan Husky named Aska. Today, they have 29 dogs and enjoy all kinds of outdoor activities together.

During winter, they offer dog sledding tours directly from their farm in Glæsibær, close to Akureyri, exploring the beautiful rural surroundings.
All year round, visitors are welcome to visit and spend a cozy time with the dogs. During the visit, you can take as many pictures as you like and enjoy endless husky cuddles.

 

They also offer hiking tours where guests wear a waist harness while being pulled by a dog. It’s an incredible experience to feel the dogs’ strength and see how they instinctively work.
