The Akureyri Food Walk is a three hour food and fun experience where you explore Akureyri with a fun local guide, visit 5 local restaurants & hidden gems and enjoy delicious traditional cuisines - Small Group Experience!
You'll get to try Icelandic free roaming lamb, fresh fish (catch of the day), Icelandic ice cream and also the Icelandic hot dog! It really is the best way to get to know the town and also where the best food and restaurants are!
We believe our guests want to experience Akureyri like locals. Not in a touristy way. Not in a bus. We don’t want to see the typical highlights, we want to discover the hidden gems.
The Akureyri Food Walk is about experiencing local food, people, history & tradition. & we can’t wait to show you our city!
