The European Week for Waste Reduction aims to raise awareness of the need to reduce the amount of waste, by extending the life cycle of objects, sharing objects and, in general, promoting an afterlife rather than ending up as waste. It is held through various events that contribute to raising awareness. Emphasis is placed on reducing, reusing and recycling.
The 2023 European Week for Waste Reduction will be held from 18th to 26th November.
The theme 2023 is "A campaign to recycle"
