As the name suggests, this is a museum relating to industry in Akureyri during the last century, with special emphasis on branches of industry and companies involved in such activities. The museum displays machinery, products and pictures of people at work.
To get here: 15-20 min. walk from town center. By bus, take bus number 1 or 3, go out by the skating rink and walk for about 5 min.
